Leading and Managing Change


This programme supports managers to lead the change process. All too often, the simplest of things can be overlooked and these can have the biggest impact on the change. Considering all the key stages and components of change, at the planning stage, helps to deliver results.

This programme is complimented by our project planning workshops.

• List the components of successful and unsuccessful change programmes
• Identify the key components of change in the local, regional and national context
• Talk about the responsibilities of the main parties in the change process
• Research models and theories for change and discuss its application to your current situation
