Introducing Leadership Behaviours


Leaders are at the heart of all successful organisations and teams. To be a leader means more than managing a team – leaders inspire, influence and motivate those around them.

This programme introduces the key behaviours and attitudes of successful leaders, such as authority, credibility and charisma. Delegates will have the chance to reflect on their own leadership style and plan their personal and professional goals for the future.
