How We Work

With our experience, dedication and commitment, it all starts with an open and honest conversation.

We work closely with managers and business owners to understand their requirements, aligning organisational aims with individual development needs.

I’ve previous experience of working with this, under a different trust and the quality of the development & training I observed and participated in was something I wanted to take in to the third sector. I needed ways to promote team working so I contacted LGS to provide a team development day with me.

We wanted something fun and innovative that really focused on team working. The morning session included good quality teaching and then the team worked out towards a business plan to improve service delivery.

In the afternoon the teams moved out doors to plant vegetable for the incredible edible project and also created a poly tunnel to encourage young children to eat well and grow their own vegetables. The day gave the staff team a sense of purpose and the facilitator was fantastic.
